Rewriting Your Relationship Story
Every relationship has its challenges, and sometimes it can feel like the spark, the connection, or even the love itself has faded. Maybe you and your partner clash more than you connect, feel distant from each other, or struggle to balance the demands of parenting, careers, or outside pressures. At times, you may even feel like you’ve lost yourself in the relationship.
Through a compassionate and collaborative process, I help couples create space from the conflict and rediscover what brought them together—or, when needed, move toward a more peaceful and respectful resolution. Using approaches like Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, we’ll work to uncover new possibilities for communication, healing, and connection.

Making Space From the Problem
So often, it can feel like anxiety, grief, or the weight of old wounds are running the show—shaping how you see yourself, how you show up in relationships, and even how you move through your career and daily life. These struggles might show up as self-doubt, stress at work, tension with loved ones, breakups, the loss of someone dear (including beloved pets), or the lingering impact of childhood or health challenges. Problems like these can become so loud that they drown out your strengths, your hopes, and your sense of possibility.
In our work together, I will draw on Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR to help you gently step back from these problem stories and reconnect with the parts of you that carry resilience, wisdom, and calm. Together, we’ll begin to notice the strengths that may have been hidden, silenced, or overshadowed. It is my hope through our work together that some of the weight of the problem stories will be lifted so that you might be able to explore the life you have imagined or at least live life in a way that is a little more calm and present focused.
